Why we built InstaBus
Every night across Indian national highways, thousands of private buses embark on intercity journeys between Delhi, Manali, Jaipur, Pune, Bangalore, and Lucknow. Each bus receives over 100 urgent phone calls from passengers: “Meri bus kahan hai?”, “Kitne baje aayegi?”, “Gate number kya hai?”
Historically, these calls rang directly on the bus driver's mobile phone while driving at 80 km/h on dark roads, or overwhelmed the bus conductor who was simultaneously verifying tickets and loading heavy luggage bags. The result was inevitable: missed calls, frustrated drivers, bad customer reviews, and dangerous road distractions.
Operated by Fleetx Travies E-Buses Private Limited, InstaBus was created to bring calm to both sides. Our voice AI agent, Pooja, answers every call in seconds, speaks natural Hinglish, checks live GPS telematics, and resolves passenger worries 24×7.
