Fleetx Travies E-Buses Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us") operates the InstaBus platform and related services under the brand name InstaBus.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services in any form, including communications received via WhatsApp or other digital channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

3. Services

InstaBus provides digital communication services to its users. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

4. WhatsApp Communication

We use the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to communicate with users. By receiving communications from us via WhatsApp, you acknowledge that such communications are also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Business Policy.

We comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Platform Terms in all communications. We do not send unsolicited messages. You may opt out at any time by contacting team@instabus.co.in.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services or communicating with us via any channel, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes.
• Not send abusive, threatening, or unlawful content through our communication channels.
• Not attempt to misuse or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fleetx Travies E-Buses Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services, including any delays or failures in digital communications caused by third-party providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials associated with InstaBus are the property of Fleetx Travies E-Buses Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
